How does a Session Go?

For People

Going into the session, think about what is showing up in your life that needs addressing. When the zoom session begins, I’ll ask you what you’d like to heal and we can converse on the topic. When ready, you will lay down and close your eyes (with the laptop on your stomach or somewhere beside you).

The rest of the session will be guided.

For Pets

I will touch base via text the day of the session asking you to send a recent image of your animal, along with any and all notes of what is going on with them and anything you’d like to know.

I will communicate when I’m starting the session, and call or text post-healing with notes.

  • Yes. Physical pain is an indicator light to where our body is storing wounds.

When an issue goes unresolved, it begins manifesting at the physical level meaning it's the last chance to be noticed, and receive attention.

  • Rejection: manifested as having problems reaching out

Betrayal: manifested as how much you trust

    Abandonment: manifested as dependencies

Self Worth: affected by all of these, which translates into how much you will get out of life

  • You cannot manifest what you don't believe you're worthy of.

Our traumas are distress signals sent out into the universe by our nervous system. These subconscious signals broadcast 24/7.

If what we want is incompatible with what our wounds emit, it makes manifesting really hard.

You don't simply attract what you think. You attract what you are, where you are.

  • Trauma is the effect of a need not being met.

It can be simple as not getting attention in a moment when you needed it.

Or it can be deep and incredibly painful.

The outcome of both is that it had an effect on you and altered who you are.

  • Animal healing works the same ways as healing people. We can heal physical wounds, address behaviours (animals carry hurt just like us) and check-in on their health and well-being.
